Barry Plaza, Kansas City, MO 2007-Present
Development Consultant and involved in sales and leasing of this twenty-nine acre retail development. 
Tenants: Kwiki Kar Lube and Tune, CVS Pharmacy, Enterprise Bank, US Oncology

Briar Cliff Point Apartments, Kansas City, MO 2006-Present
Involved in management and inspections of this market rate 42 unit garden-style apartment complex.

Pinewood Studio Apartments, Kansas City, MO 2006-Present 
Involved in management and inspections of this market rate 38 unit garden-style apartment complex.

Barryview Square, Kansas City, MO 2007-Present 
Development Consultant and involved in the sales and leasing of this 5 acre retail development. 
Tenants: Arby's and Taco Bueno including 17,000 sq. ft. of retail space.

Sherrydale Center, Kansas City, MO 2009-Present
Purchased and acquired zoning for this 2.16 acre commercial site. Constructed a build-to-suite office building for Reece Nichols, a real estate firm, and developed an adjacent pad site for Sonic.

Picture Hills Office Building III, Kansas City, MO 2015
Acquired an 8,800 sq. ft. bank-owned office building with 15% occupancy. Within 45 days of closing, the property boasted 100% occupancy and is under construction with a complete rehab of the building and new tenant improvements. Projected 53% ROE year one with a 65% increase in value.

Sommerset Square, Kansas City, MO 2006-2014 
Development Consultant and involved in the sales and leasing of this 10 acre retail development. 
Tenants: McDonalds and Taco Bell, including 20,000 sq. ft. of retail space.

Northpoint Apartments, Kansas City, MO 2006-2014
Involved in management, inspections and audits of a Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) 158 unit garden-style apartment complex.

Platte Valley Bank, Kansas City, MO 2014 
Brokered property and lot split; negotiated lease with Starbucks build-to-suit; and consulted on engineering and architectural design.

Habitat for Humanity, Kansas City, MO 2014
Brokered property; involved as project manager in the construction/rehab of an existing 17,317 sq. ft. retail property that Windfield Real Estate, LLC leased to Habitat for Humanity in Kansas City, MO. This involved the relocation and negotiations of three existing tenants in the building.

Barry Trail Shopping Center, Kansas City, MO 2014 
Managed the rehab and completed the lease up of an existing 40,000 sq. ft. shopping center built in 1970. The property's repositioning created a value add for the owners of over $2,000,000.

12600 E. 98th Street, Kansas City, MO 2014
Acquired a distressed asset from a merged national company and began rehab and repositioning of a 20,000 sq. ft. building with 2.1 acres of paved and fenced outdoor parking/storage.

Culvers Restaurant¸ Kansas City, MO 2013
Brokered property and lot split; and involved as the development consultant for the owner/user build job for Culvers Franchisee in the Burlington Creek Development.

Former Steak 'N Shake Building Redevelopment, Blue Springs, MO 2012
Acquired a 4,000 sq. ft. former Steak ‘N Shake building; Redeveloped and enhanced the aging structure to proper code and compliance.

Temp Stop Gas Station, Kansas City, MO 2012 
Brokered property and was involved as the development consultant in all phases of entitlements including acquiring liquor licenses, working with the local city council and engineering.

Social Securtiy Administration, Kansas City, MO 2011
Consulted on a GSA lease with Stratford Trust that is a new SSA build-to-suite. Repurposed an existing building at Barry Plaza Development for the GSA with Leed Silver Requirements.

Armed Forces Career Center, Kansas City, MO 2010
Acquired a commercial site and developed a Recruiting Center for the Corps of Engineers and United States Military.

Royal Oak Apartments, Atchison, KS 2006-2010
Involved in management, inspections and audits, including disposition, of a Kansas Housing Development Commission (KHDC) 48 unit garden-style apartment complex.

Northland Loft Apartments, Kansas City, MO 2006-2010 
Involved in management, inspections, and audits of an MHDC 152-unit loft-style apartments. 
This was a historic rehab project.

Celebration Cove, Branson, MO 2007-2010
Development Consultant and sold this 100 unit condominium property on the shorefront of Table Rock Lake. This project is currently 50% completed with another 50 units scheduled.
